Clarion Inn Near Lookout Mountain - Chattanooga

The bathroom in my queen room was clean.

Everything here was great, I would stay here again. My stay was very comfortable on a road trip. The hotel had indeed a marvellous location in a nearby strip mall. What's more, it was just off Ruby Falls and Incline Railroad as well as which is a great location for visiting the area attractions.

The restaurant serves hot Asian food.

The check-in staff were attentive and accommodating. I appreciated the new appearance of the reception and breakfast areas.

I'm still waiting on refund due to air conditioning semi not working, had to call a staff member to fix tv, and bathtub was backed up, carpets in all areas needed to be steamed vac!...for price I had to pay, I would had went somewhere else..I wouldn't grade it of the 5.8 it gives....staff was good, but overall I would give a 3.5

Decent food, neat room with the air conditioner running, bathroom. Favourable, prime location in the good area.

The room was cozy, but the shower had low pressure and a loud noise.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really nice. Lots to choose from. Location was great. Room was nicely decorated.

Carpet through out the hotel had many stains. The carpet in our room turned my sons socks & feet black. Bathroom steamed up when taking a hot shower needs exhaust fan.

The place was very clean and smelled clean the rom was awesome the pool was excellent and had just received a 98% from DHEC all of the staff were very friendly and helpful housekeeping was great and prompt we will definetly stay there again

The only thing I could see that could be improved is the breakfast only 2 items that were hot always sausage and either cinnamon French toast,omletes just one day there was scrambled eggs this is not a full buffet

We had no favorite moment. The time we stopped in was to early and we asked mgr if we could cancel which she did. She gave us name of another Clarion in Murfreesboro which is where we continued on to. From what I could see was good mgmt./staff and clean hotel. Will stay there if in that area again.

Bed was SO wonderfully soft, slept well, staff was above expectations! I would be very happy to stay there again. Oh, I must mention the pool with different colored lights at night

KEYS - we must have had three sets, some didn't work in door one time, then worked the next time. Each door needs a new battery! Outside by the pool rarely worked.

Good place with 24-hour reception, free parking, and a fitness centre. I still remember how the staff helped me find my route during my first stay. Don't miss the delicious breakfast!

Extra comfy bed and pillows, very clean, nice staff, overall great, I recommend!!
